Services shaped around your project.

The work your project needs depends on its location, existing conditions, intended use and stage. We define the engineering and coordination services in a written scope, including the deliverables and the information required to proceed.

Not sure where to start?

You do not need to pick every technical discipline before contacting us. Start with your details, answer what you can about the project, and we will help define the scope.

FAQ

Plans and coordination.

Who submits, what's included and what happens when the plan changes.

All questions
Who submits the plans for permit review?

Submission responsibilities depend on the agreement and the project requirements. We identify whether application coordination is included before work proceeds.

Are permit-comment responses included?

Your proposal identifies the technical responses or coordination included, any limits on revisions, and the conditions that may require additional services.

What happens if I change the layout or business concept?

Tell the project team before revisions proceed. Changes can affect several disciplines and may require a revised scope or schedule.

Is a preliminary site plan ready for construction?

Not if it was prepared only for planning or feasibility. The next design and permit stages have to be identified before plans are used for construction.

Are all technical services performed by Grey Load employees?

Projects may involve Grey Load’s core team and outside technical consultants. Responsibilities are defined for each assignment.

Request a project review.

Send the location and describe the work. We'll review the request, talk it through in a free consultation, and define the services it needs.
