Grey Load LLC ("Grey Load", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information this website collects and how we use it.
Information you give us
- Project request form. Your name, email address and phone number, then, if you choose, the service you need, the project type, stage, location, timeline and permit number, and any plans, photographs or review comments you attach, so we can review the request and respond. The form has two steps: we save your contact details when you continue past the first one, so we can follow up even if you do not finish, and a cookie remembers your unfinished request for up to seven days so you can complete it.
- Newsletter sign-up. Your email address, so we can send occasional project notes and updates.
Information collected automatically
When you send a form, we store your IP address and browser type with the submission to protect the site from spam and abuse. This site does not use advertising cookies. If we enable Google Analytics, it collects anonymous usage statistics such as pages visited and approximate location; you can opt out with Google's browser add-on or your browser's privacy settings.
How we use information
- To answer your questions and prepare consultations and proposals.
- To send the updates you asked for. Every email includes a way to unsubscribe, or you can contact us to be removed.
- To keep the website secure and working well.
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the website and email, and only as needed for those services, or when the law requires it.
Files you attach
Files attached to a project request are stored privately on our server and are available only to Grey Load staff signed in to our website dashboard. They are never published on the website. We remove location and camera details from photographs when they are uploaded. Please attach only what helps us understand the request, and leave out personal documents we do not need.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiries, attached files and subscriber details for as long as they are useful for the purpose you gave them to us, and delete them on request unless we must keep them for legal or business-record reasons.
